Susan Faris

Chief Operations Officer

Susan has more than 20 years experience in the financial industry.  As a business professional, Ms. Faris has been involved at high levels of corporate structures in both residential and commercial lending. Her experience comes from managing large staffs of consultants as well as teaching sales training and motivational seminars.  Ms. Faris received her undergraduate degree from Missouri State University and her graduate studies were done at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri.  She is an avid Tigers fan and cheers the university's football and basketball teams as one of  their biggest fans.

Mike Griffin

Chief Financial Officer

Mike holds a license with the national NMLS system and is a registered originator with the state of Texas.  He is able to help with both residential and commercial lending needs.  His distinguished business career spans many areas of personnel development and training.  Mike has been at the highest level of corporate management teaching a standard of excellence to his staffs.  He earned his bachelor's degree at Texas Tech University where he played both football and baseball.

Wholesale Lending Associates, WLA, has been involved in financing large commercial projects from 52 unit apartment complexes, shopping centers, hotels, churches and many other projects,  as well as the small business needs of credit and leasing portfolios.

The company also has experienced residential originators who can help with all areas of mortgage lending from Reverse Mortgages, 203k FHA rebuilding loans, jumbo and conventional loans.

Our tax services are utilized by over 1100 tax partners across the country. They use the services of our team of CPA's to offer tax preparation to their existing customer base.  Our tax partners earn a commission as an additional profit center for their core business.
